Directions
Bake: Conventional Oven (Do not place this bowl in the oven):
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes.
Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying! Microwave: Microwave Oven (for a 1200W microwave):
Slit film to vent.
Cook on high for 3 minutes.
Remove film and stir; replace film.
Cook on high an additional 30 seconds.
