Pollock, Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Elemental Iron, Niacin, Thiamin Hydrochloride), Rapeseed Oil, Water, Potato Starch, Wheat Starch, Salt, Rice Flour, Leavening Agents (Di-Phosphates, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dextrose, Corn Flour, Palm Fat/SG, Skimmed Milk Powder, Mustard, Pepper Extract, Natural Flavoring.
Directions
Bake: Remove from all packaging. Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
Serve with your favorite sides.
Please ensure food is cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout before serving. These instructions are guidelines only; cook times may vary. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Fry: Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer and cook for 11–12 minutes at 400°F.
Just add french fries or other favorite sides.

Store in a freezer at 0°F or cooler.
