Preparation Instructions: Break the noodle cake into four parts. Add the noodle cake and contents of the spice mix packet to a pan of 8 fl oz (1 cup) of boiling water (To prepare more than 1 serving, increase the amount of boiling water and the amount of spice mix proportionately to the amount of noodle cakes being cooked). Cook for 3 minutes in an open pan. Stir occasionally. Do not drain remaining water. Serve and enjoy! Store the remaining noodle cakes in an air right container to retain freshness.
