Add frozen meal and 1/4 cup water. 2. Cover and cook over medium heat 12 to 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven: Cook only one bag at a time. Do not microwave in bag. 1. Open sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave safe dish. Add 1/4 cup water and frozen meal. 2. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. Microwave an additional 5 to 6 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes.
