Directions
Safe Handling: Keep frozen until ready to use. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones. Some may remain.
Microwave: MicroSteam: Freezer; Microwave; meal in 6 minutes! Microwave: Microwave: Film will expand while cooking: this is normal. Remove label from tray. Do not pierce or remove film. Microwave on 70% power for 6-7 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes: Carefully remove film as steam may be hot. Enjoy! Since appliances vary, theses instructions are guidelines only. Cooking times are based on 1200W microwave. Internal temperature of fish must reach 145 degrees F. Preparation Instructions: Cook from frozen. Do not cook in oven.
