Pancake Recipe: You’ll need: 1- 3/4 cups mix, 1 cup milk, 1 egg. (1) Heat skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375 degrees F. (Surface is ready when drops of water jump around.) To measure ix, we recommend spooning into a dry measuring cup and leveling. (2) Stir together mix, milk and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto greased skillet for each pancake. (3) Cook until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry, about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook until golden brown, about 1 minute 30 seconds. 12 (3-1/2-inch) pancakes. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Waffle Recipe: You’ll need 1-3/4 cups mix, 1-1/3 cups milk, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 egg. (1) Heat waffle maker. (2) Stir together mix, milk, oil and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker. (3) Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully. 7 (4-inch) waffles. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
