We don't pump water into our uncured bacon. We rub our pork bellies with freshly ground spices, let the tasty dry rub soak in for days, and then slow smoke 'em with real cherrywood. The result? Cooking Instructions: (1) Place bacon strips in a cold cast iron skillet. (2) Cook thoroughly and slowly over a medium burner until browned and slightly crispy. (3) Approximately 4-5 minutes per side turning once.
