Using chart below, measure mixture into shaker bag or onto plate. Shake or coat 1 or 2 pieces at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture. Bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. Do not cover. Do not turn chicken during baking. Chicken pieces: 2-3; Coating mixture: 1/4 packet; Bake with bone: 40 min; Bake boneless: 15 min, Chicken pieces: 4-5; Coating mixture: 1/2 packet; Bake with bone: 45 min; Bake boneless: 15 min, Chicken pieces: 6-8; Coating mixture: 1 packet; Bake with bone: 50 min; Bake boneless: 20 min. Uncooked for safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, as measured by use of a thermometer. Air Fryer: Coat chicken as directed above. Cook according to air fryer directions.
