Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (contains One Or More Of The Following: Soybean Oil, Canola Oil), Salt, Color Added, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to Promote Color Retention).
Preparation: Pour out desired portion. Close bag and seal with a rubber band or store in a resealable freezer bag and return to freezer. Caution (for oil preparation method): Ice crystals may form on frozen food and can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully to hot oil. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Turn fries and continue baking for 7-10 minutes, or to a light golden color. Deep Fryer (It is recommended when using this cooking method to use a non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Place frozen fries in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. Carefully lower basket into hot oil fry for 3-4 minutes, or to a light golden color. Remove and spread on absorbent paper. Note: Cook to desired golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of cooking. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cook time. Do not overcook. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality.
Keep frozen.
