Place whole package of frozen spinach and 2 tablespoons of water in a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high 4-6 minutes, stirring once about halfway through cooking time. Gently separate spinach with a fork. Bring to a second boil; stir, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until frozen clumps are thawed and heated through. Drain. Season to taste and serve. Keep frozen until ready to use. Refrigerate leftovers.
