Cooked Grain Blend (water, Oat Groats, Sorghum, Red Quinoa), Portabella Mushrooms, Carrots, Kale, Edamame, Korean Style Bbq Sauce (water, Soy Sauce [water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol [to Preserve Freshness], Rice Vinegar, Lactic Acid], Rice Wine Vinegar, White Miso (water Organic Soybeans, Organic Rice, Salt, Yeast, Koji Culture), Toasted Sesame Seed Oil, Turbinado Sugar Garlic, Oat Flour, Ginger, Crushed Red Pepper), Riced Cauliflower, Toasted Sesame Seeds.
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven: Remove bowl from carton; cut a 1-inch slit in film. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Carefully pull back film; stir product.
