We utilize the entire salmon fillet--from head to tail--and leave the skin on. For this reason, each fillet may be uniquely different in shape or appearance.
Ingredients
Salmon (color Added), Spices [including Paprika (color)], Salt, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Vinegar Powder (maltodextrin, White Distilled Vinegar, Modified Food Starch), Natural Lemon Flavor (sucrose, Lemon Oil).
Directions
Bake: Conventional Oven: Arrange rack in center and preheat to 375 Degrees F. Bake on a lightly oiled, shallow baking pan. For crispy skin, bake skin down first, then flip to skin up halfway through cooking. Thawed: 12 to 15 minutes. Frozen: About 30 minutes. Broil: Broil: Arrange rack in center and preheat oven broiler to high heat. For crispy skin, broil thawed fillet skin down on a lightly oiled, shallow baking pan for 8 minutes. Flip to skin up, and broil 2 more minutes. Grill: Grill: Preheat to medium heat. Thawed: Lightly oil grill rack, and grill for 4 minutes per side. For crispy skin, grill skin down first. Frozen: Increase temperature to medium-high heat. Place fillet on a lightly oiled piece of tinfoil, loosely crimp foil edges together to form a pouch, and grill for 18 to 22 minutes. Microwave: Microwave (1100-Watt Oven): Place thawed fillet on microwave-safe plate, loosely cover, and cook on high power for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip fillet halfway through cooking. Caution! Steam can cause burns--use caution when removing hot food!
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
