Cooking Instructions: For optimal food quality and safety, keep fillets frozen until ready to prepare (do not refreeze) and follow these cooking instructions. To Bаke: Arrange rack in center of the oven, preheat, and place frozen fillets on a shallow foil-lined baking pan. Conventional Oven: Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 - 22 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before enjoying. Convection Oven: Bake at 375 degrees F for 17 - 19 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before enjoying. To Grill: Preheat to medium-high heat. Place frozen fillets on a piece of aluminum foil and crimp foil edges together to form a pouch. Grill for 16 - 19 minutes. When ready to serve, drizzle remaining sauce from pouch over fish.
