Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Water, Cooked Quinoa (quinoa, Water), Apples, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Blueberries, Maple Syrup, Dried Blueberries (blueberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Oat Fiber, Amaranth Flour, Teff Flour, Flaxseed Meal, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Milled Chia Seed, Sea Salt
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen prior to use. For food safety cook to on internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary. Oven/Toaster Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat oven/toaster oven to bake at 425 degrees F. Place frozen Oaties on an ungreased baking pan. Bake approximately 6 minutes. Carefully flip and bake on additional 5 minutes until heated through and lightly browned. Microwave: Place 2 Oaties on a microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 30 seconds. Carefully flip and microwave for an additional 20 seconds. Microwave times may vary. Product should be hot throughout but will not brown. Based on a 1200 watt oven.
