Our story began in 2004 when I learned that I needed triple-bypass heart surgery, and committed myself to a vegan lifestyle. After trying many unsatisfactory vegan products, I started formulating my own vegan recipes with life-long friend and co-worker Don Platt. Since then. we have served thousands of vegan products, and we are excited to offer the best of these to you! 10% of our profits go to Charity. And our passion for good food doesn't end there we want our food change lives like it changed mine. Founded on the principles of community, care, and good health. Harbor Creek Farms now serves thousands of deserving individuals every year. Through our sister nonprofit. Urban Hands, we donate a portion of our revenue to feeding people without homes and to women suffering from domestic violence. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove calzone from packaging. Place on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Microwave: Remove Calzone from packaging. Place in the center of the microwave on a microwave safe plate. Cook on high for 90 seconds.
