Directions
Amount of Resource® ThickenUp® powder (Household measure or gram weight) for desired consistency. Reference: 1 tablespoon = 4.5g and 1 teaspoon = 1.5g.
When making 4 fl. oz. use 1 T–1 T + 1 tsp. (4.5–6g) for a mildly thick†(Nectar-like)‡ consistency, use 1 T + 1 tsp.–1 T + 2 tsp. (6–7.5g) for a moderately thick†(Honey-like)‡ consistency or 1 T + 2 tsp.–2 T (7.5–9g) for an extremely thick†(Pudding/Spoon-thick)‡ consistency.
When making 8 fl. oz. use 2 T–2 T + 2 tsp. (9–12g) for a mildly thick†(Nectar-like)‡ consistency, use 2 T + 2 tsp.–3 T + 1 tsp. (12–15g) for a moderately thick†(Honey-like)‡ consistency or 3 T + 1 tsp.–4 T (15–18g) for an extremely thick†(Pudding/Spoon-thick)‡ consistency.

Reconstitute: Directions:
1. Measure recommended amount of Resource® ThickenUp® instant food and drink thickener to achieve desired consistency using level measuring spoon.
2. Slowly add Resource®ThickenUp® instant food and drink thickener to liquid while stirring briskly. Stir for 15 seconds. Re-stir briefly before serving. Liquid should reach desired consistency within 1–5 minutes for many beverages.
Store in a cool, dry place.
