Beyond Beef is an excellent source of protein (20g per serving), has no cholesterol, and is lower in saturated fat (35% less than 80/20 beef per serving). Made from simple plant-based ingredients - like peas and brown rice - Beyond Beef has no GMOs, soy or gluten. Each 1lb package is also a convenient one-to-one swap for all of your favorite recipes. Water, pea protein*, expeller-pressed canola oil, refined coconut oil, rice protein, natural flavors, dried yeast, cocoa butter, methylcellulose, contains 1% or less: potato starch, salt, potassium chloride, beet powder color, apple extract, pomegranate concentrate, sunflower lecithin, vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, vitamins and minerals (zinc sulfate, niacinamide [vitamin B3], pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin B6], cyanocobalamin [vitamin B12], calcium pantothenate).

Recommended Cooking Instructions: Cook from thaw, use within 3 days of opening. If purchased frozen, thaw in fridge. and use within 10 days. Re-freezing not recommended. If kept frozen, use by date printed on pack. Cook time may vary depending on equipment, always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. For Dishes Like Tacos, Pasta Sauce and Chile: 1. Heat non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add Beyond Beef. 2. Cook about 5-B minutes, breaking up to desired crumble size and stirring frequently. 3. If adding sauce, simmer for up to 30 minutes. For Meatballs: 1. Mix dry and wet ingredients per your favorite recipe. 2. Pan-sear then add to sauce. 3. Simmer for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. For Burgers: 1. Heat non-stick pan or grill to medium-high heat. 2. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for a 4 oz patty. Not recommended - Microwaving, boiling in water deep frying do not consume raw.
