Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Microwave Oven (for a 1200W Microwave): For best vegetable quality, please remove lid entirely and cover with paper towel while microwaving. Cook on high for 4 minutes and 30 seconds or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Conventional Oven Do Not Place This Bowl in the Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying! Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking!
