Yellow Corn Flour, Panko Bread Crumbs (bleached Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Yeast, Sugar, Salt), Salt, Palm Oil, Spices, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (hydrolyzed Corn Gluten And Safflower Oil), Monosodium Glutamate (msg), Citric Acid, Crystallized Lemon (citric Acid, Lemon Oil, Lemon Juice), Dried Onion.
Directions
Air Frying Directions: 1. Rinse fish well in ice cold water. 2. Firmly press fish into the Seasoned Coating Mix until completely coated. 3. Shake off excess coating and place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray. 4. Air fry fish at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. (Note: Cooking times are based on a 1500 Watt Air Fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make and model. Coats up to 6 lbs. of fish) Flip fish halfway through cooking time and lightly spray with cooking spray. Fish should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Enjoy! Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Moisten fish in ice cold water. Firmly press fish into mix and shake off excess. Bake fish in pan with raised rack for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Flip halfway through cook time. Enjoy!

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
