Simply add: 1 tbsp oil-1lb chicken, cubed-2 cups green beans-2cups carrots, sliced – 2 1/4 cups water.
Begin: By heating oil in skillet over medium high heat and cooking chicken for 3-4 minutes to brown.
Add: Green beans and carrots to the skillet and continue cooking for 4-6 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Remove everything from skillet and set aside.
Combine: Grains, seasoning, and water in skillet and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until most water is absorbed. Remove from heat.
Mix: In chicken and vegetables. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes. Stir well and enjoy!
