This gelato frozen dessert has a nuttier cooked note compared to your standard caramel ice cream. We add bourbon vanilla, a touch of sea salt harvested off the coast of Brazil and an extra swirl of organic burnt brown butter caramel for the perfect combination. We think this gelato is the older, more sophisticated sister of our beloved Sea Salt Caramel.

We start with fresh milk and cream and make each flavor from scratch with the highest-quality ingredients sourced from all around the world. We then use an old world process that involves slow cooking our ingredients in smaller batches to bring out unique flavors for a one-of-a-kind dessert. Furthermore, we package our gelato and sorbetto in clear, BPA-free jars to showcase the beautiful gelato inside. When you’re done, recycle or reuse* the jar anyway you like.
