Barramundi, Aged Shoyu (Soy Sauce, Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt), Evaporated Cane Juice (Unrefined Sugar), Sake (Rice Wine), Rice Vinegar, Ginger Root, Garlic, Red Pepper, Spices.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen state. No need to thaw! Step 1 Pre-heat oven to 425 degree F (220 degree C), remove fish from its wrapper. Step 2 Place frozen fillets on baking sheet. Line baking sheet with tin foil for easy clean up. Step 3 Cook for about 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Not recommended for preparation in the microwave oven or on the grill.
Keep frozen.
