Remember 98% of the coffee you drink is water. Use the best water available. Grind coffee according to your coffee maker instructions, just before you brew. Our recommendation is to start with 2 tablespoons of Kau Coffee for 6 ounces of water, taste it, then adjust the amount of Kau Coffee to your personal taste. Store unused portion in an air tight container out of sunlight at room temperature.
