Easy steamed artichokes.
1. Place steaming basket in a large pot filled with water until it reaches just under the basket.
2. Place one layer of rinsed and trimmed Artichokes into the steaming basket with Artichoke stems facing up. Cover with tight fitting lid.
3. On high heat, bring to boil. Steam until tender.
Cooking time can vary, depending on size of artichokes.
Tip: Plan for at least 30 minutes for a medium-sized artichoke or 45-60 minutes for a jumbo-sized artichoke.
