Over 120 years in the making.
When you only have two ingredients—durum semolina flour and water—everything you do matters. Which is why we start with the finest wheat from Italy, mill it ourselves into flour, and add just the right amount of water to create our pasta dough. The light amber color is the proof we got it right.
This corkscrew shaped pasta captures and holds onto sauce in each of its turns and curves, and is best served with a thick sauce.
The best things in life take time–slowly crafted, slowly enjoyed. Cook for 9-11 minutes in boiling water, 9 minutes if you prefer al dente.
