Directions
cooking instructions Since ovens vary, heating times may require adjustment. Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 162° F. Skillet (preferred method): Add 1 tsp cooking oil to skillet and pre-heat on low. Cook frozen burger on low heat for 5 minutes turn with a spatula and cook an additional 4-5 minutes. Allow burger to sit for 1 minute to cool. Oven/toaster Oven: Lightly grease baking sheet and preheat oven to 400° F. Place frozen burger on the baking sheet. Bake at 400° F for 7 minutes, turn with a spatula and cook an additional 6-7 minutes. Allow burger to sit for 1 minute to cool. Microwave Oven (not recommended): Place frozen burger on microwave safe plate. Cook on high for 1 minute and turn over with a spatula. Cook on high for 1 minute. Allow burger to sit for 1 minute to cool. Grill: Preheat grill on low. Lightly grease tin foil and loosely wrap burgers, place on grill and cook on low for 4-5 minutes, turn foil wrapped burger and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until temperature reaches 162° F.
