Directions
Preparation Instructions: Preheat: oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of 8x8x2 inch pan. Mix: Empty mix into bowl. Add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1/3 cup water and 1 egg. Mix with a spoon until all particles are moistened (about 40 strokes). Bake: at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Do not over bake, this causes brownie dryness. Cool before cutting. To cut warm brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightly covered.
