coconut dream bars - makes 20 bars, all you need - 1/2 cup hy-vee margarine, melted, 2 cups crushed hy-vee vanilla wafers, 1 cup hy-vee semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup hy-vee flake coconut sweetened, 1 can (14 oz) hy-vee sweetened condensed milk. All you do - 1. Preheat oven to 350°f. 2. Pour melted margarine into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. 3. Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs, chocolate chips and coconut over margarine. 4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over mixture. 5. Bake for 30 minutes. 6. Allow to cool. Cut into bars. Nutrition facts per bar: 210 calories, 11g fat, 4.5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, 5mg cholesterol, 115mg sodium, 25g carbohydrates, 21g sugar, 2g protein.
