Do not pierce or open the hy-vee steam quick bag. 2. Place this side up in microwave. 3. Microwave on high power for 6 to 7 minutes or until tender. Microwave ovens vary in power, you may have to adjust the cooking time. During cooking, the bag will inflate as the steam forms. A whistling may be heard as the steam escapes through venting holes. 4. After cooking, remove the bag from microwave and let stand 1 minute. Carefully open the bag and pour vegetables from the bag; Serve and enjoy!
