Cooking Directions: 1 cup O Organics Basmati Brown Rice; 1 tbsp oil (vegetable oil or olive oil); 2-1/2 cups water; 1/4 tsp salt (optional). Stove Top: Rinse Basmati Brown Rice in cold water to remove excess starch. Combine rice, water, oil and salt in a heavy saucepan. Allow mixture to rest for 15 minutes. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium setting, cover with tight-fitting lid and simmer for 35 minutes. Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.
