Vegetables: Spinach, Cremini Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers. Chicken: Boneless Dark Meat Chicken, Water. Contains 2% Or Less Of: Rice Starch, Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper. Broth: Gluten Free Reduced Sodium Tamari (water, Soybeans, Salt), Raw Cane Sugar, Ginger, Water, Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, Toasted Sesame Oil, Garlic. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Do not thaw. Do not use an oven. Preferred Method: Microwave - 1100 watts. Add water first. Remove tray from carton, peel back film slightly, and add 1/2 cup (4 oz) of water. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes, remove film, stir and serve. Don't have a measuring cup? Simply fill the bowl a little more than halfway. Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stove Top: Remove tray from carton, remove film. Boil 1/2 cup (4 oz) of water in a small saucepan. Reduce heat, add food from tray, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, stir and serve. Caution: Product will be hot!
