Fresh pasta. No rBST Cheese: Cheese made with milk from cows not treated with rBST (No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rBST treated and non-rBST treated cows). Everyone deserves to eat good pasta. Cooks in 3 minutes! Glucono delta-lactone is an acidifier also found in wine and honey.
Dough: Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Water, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono-delta-lactone*. Filling: Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzyme), Asiago Cheese (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzyme), Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzyme), Ricotta Cheese (whey, Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt), Potato Flakes, Olive Oil.
Cooking Instructions: Boil water (3 quarts of water per 9 oz package). Loosen pasta with hands. Place in boiling water & stir. Cover & cook for 2-3 minutes. Strain, toss with sauce, & serve. If pasta is frozen, place directly into the water and stir to loosen.
Keep refrigerated.
