We came out with our first ravioli bowl in 2002, and right away, consumers began asking for a vegan option. We knew we could make a delicious vegan version of our Spinach Ravioli. Organic wheat pasta is folded around our delicious, house-made filling of organic spinach and vegan ricotta cheeze and covered with Amy’s flavorful marinara sauce. Our marinara is made with organic, sun-ripened tomatoes blended with basil and spices. Eat and enjoy!
Vegan Spinach Ravioli (filtered Water, Organic Unbleached Durum Wheat Semolina Flour, Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Organic Vegan Ricotta-style Cheeze [organic Tofu (filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Magnesium Chloride), Filtered Water, Organic Coconut Milk (organic Coconut, Water), Organic Tapioca Syrup, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Nutritional Yeast, Organic Lemon Juice, Sea Salt], Organic Spinach, Organic Onions, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt, Spices, Black Pepper), Organic Tomato Purée, Filtered Water, Organic Onions, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Basil, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Cane Sugar, Black Pepper.
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
