Serving Directions: Microwave: Place the tray with the wrapper in the microwave oven. Heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes until hot, depending on microwave. Remove plastic film and serve. Pan Fry: Pour two tablespoons cooking oil into a heated frying pan. Place 15 shumai in the pan and brown slowly for about one minute at medium high heat. Then add two tablespoons of water, cover and simmer 5 to 6 minutes until the bottoms of shumai turn brown. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 375F, fry for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain and serve. Steam: Place sufficient water in steamer and add 15 shumai. Bring water to boil and steam at high heat for 8 minutes. In Soup: Cook your favorite soup and add the frozen shumai. Cook for 2-3 minutes until hot.
