Enriched Long Grain Rice (Rice, Niacin, Iron, [Ferric Orthophosphate], Thiamin, [Thiamin Mononitrate], Folic Acid).
Directions: Serving Size: 4; Rice: 1 cup; Water: 2 cups; Yield: 3 cups. Serving size: 8; Rice: 2 cups; Water: 4 cups; Yield: 6 cups. Serving size: 12; Rice: 3 cups; Water: 6 cups; Yield: 9 cups. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking. Range Top: 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. 2. Stir in rice (Add 1 tbsp tub margarine and 1 tsp salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired. Note: For best results, do not lift lid or stir while cooking). Cover.
