        I used to LOVE this product. It was soft and had the taste and texture of goat cheese. I used it in salads , on sandwiches, with fruit. However the last two packages they have clearly changed the recipe. I think maybe they tried to get the texture more like feta..but instead it’s just dry and crumbly and I can no longer slice it for sandwiches or cube it for salad because it just crumbles in my hand. Please go back to your old recipe! I will no longer be buying your product.

        Absolutely love this cheese! Yes, it’s the Goat Cheese taste and texture that makes it my favorite. It’s slightly pungent, slightly salty-perfect for my roasted beet salads, blended in sauces and melted in my panini’s and on my great homemade pizza. I usually have a couple packages in the fridge ready and waiting for great menu ideas. I’ve fooled guests who’d swear it was real goat cheese! Don’t change a thing. It’s perfect!

        Really good effort! I recently stopped eating dairy because of health concerns, feta cheese was one of my favorites. This ‘feta’ is very good, but more like a soft, creamy goat’s cheese than the crumbly, briny, sheep’s feta so popular in Greek cuisine.

        This tastes identical to Violife cream cheese, but the texture is nice. Do not expect it to taste like feta. It tastes more like a mild queso fresco, but it has a really nice texture. If you want a crumbly cheese for tacos or salad this would work out great.

        I spent most of my life in a community populated by a large number of Greek immigrants and their children. Greek restaurants were everywhere, so feta was omnipresent.         Easily the best vegan cheese on the market. This feta is an exact dupe for that taste we all remember. Excellent hot or cold. I absolutely love the funky flavor, texture and moistness because it is just like feta.
