Cooking Instructions: Saute: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in saute pan over medium high heat. Cook fish serving side down for 4 minutes. Turn and cook for 4 minutes on other side. Bake: Preheat oven to 400 F. Place fillets on grease baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium high heat. Place fish on greased rack. Grill serving side down for 3-4 minutes, turn and cook for additional 3-4 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145 F for 15 seconds. Cooking times may vary. Fish should flake easily with a fork when done.
