Corn Flour (Precooked Cornmeal, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzyme), Sweet Cut Corn, Sugar, Salt, Less than 1% Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).
Directions
Cooking Suggestions: Stovetop: Place lighter side of arepa down on a non-stick/lightly greased pan or skillet on medium heat. (half teaspoon butter or margarine optional) cook for 4-5 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Flip arepa and cook until golden brown. Remove from pan and let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Hot Plate/Grill: Set at medium/high heat or 375 degrees F (half teaspoon melted butter or margarine (optional)) cook for 4-5 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Flip arepa and cook until golden brown. Remove and let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. For best results, arepas should be defrosted before cooking. Thaw arepas in refrigerator at room temperature or in the microwave. Defrosting in microwave: open one end of the plastic wrap, place arepa in microwave on a microwave safe tray and set on defrost mode for 2-3 minutes or until thawed.
Keep frozen.
