Unbleached Nonbromated Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Malted Barley Flour, Ascorbic Acid (Dough Conditioner), Cane Sugar, Dehydrated Apples, Aluminum Free Baking Powder, Salt, Spices, Baking Soda.


Directions

45 Minutes. One loaf. What you need: Soberdough bread mix. 10oz. hard cider or sparkling apple juice. Cinnamon and sugar. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Grease baking pan. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Set aside. Pour 10 oz. hard cider or sparkling apple juice into a mixing bowl. Add Soberdough mix. Stir together until blended. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. In last 10 minutes of baking: Pour 2 tbsp. melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Finish baking. Baking Time: 5x9 Loaf Pan 45 minutes. Muffin Pan 20 - 25 minutes Makes 12 muffins. 8x8 Square Pan 20 - 25 minutes
