Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions: Keep frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat and/or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
How to cook your Brooklyn Burger: Put your frozen patty on a preheated grill (325 degrees - 350 degrees F) or pan (medium to high heat). Cook on one side until golden brown and slightly charred for approximately 3-4 minutes (for medium to medium rare) or 4-6 minutes (for well done), flip over and cook on second side for the same time. To keep burgers juicy, do not press during cooking. Make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Serve on a bun or eat like a steak.
