Storage: Always store seafood in a refrigerator or freezer. Thawing: Thaw in a refrigerator or under cold water. Preparation: Keep raw seafood separate from all other foods.
Cooking Instructions: Thaw under refrigeration before cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and remove cod portions from packaging. Place portions in an oven-safe baking dish. Bake cod portion for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
