AN AUTHENTIC AMERICAN RUM - Bayou® Reserve Rum is proudly hand-crafted in Louisiana, using local sugarcane molasses, grown in the rich alluvial soils of the Mississippi River Delta, and produced by the oldest operating American sugar mill since 1829. This Original American Spirit is inspired by the sophistication of New Orleans and grounded in its Cajun roots.
MATURED FOR 4 YEARS IN EX-BOURBON BARRELS - after fermentation, the rum is distilled in one of the finest copper pot still systems in the world. Then, the rum is matured in wet ex-bourbon barrels for up to 4 years for additional bourbon notes. Special aging uses the Solera method for a consistent flavor, smoothness, and character. The humidity created by the bayous, river and tropical climate creates a unique microclimate that allows for a gentler aging process.
A RUM WITH NOTES OF BOURBON – the aromas are of creamy vanilla aromas with hints of apple and cinnamon. The palate opens with a dry oak character, reminiscent of an aged bourbon, followed by delicious cinnamon and maple notes. The finish is dry and long-lasting with delicate notes of dry fruits and oak.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
