Cooking Instructions: On the Stove Top: 1. Place 1 cup of rice in a saucepan. 2. Add 1-3/4 cups of water, bring to a boil and stir. 3. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. 4. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. 5. Fluff with fork and serve. In the Rice Cooker: 1. Place 2 cups of rice into rice cooker. 2. Add water to 3 cup line on rice cooker. 3. Stir rice, close lid and start cooker. 4. When cooking ends, let stand covered for 5 minutes. 5. Fluff with fork and serve. Serving Guide: uncooked rice (cup) = no. of people. 1/4 = serves 1. 1/2 = serves 2. 1 = serves 4. 1 cup uncooked rice makes approximately 3 cups cooked rice. Store in a cool dry place out of sunlight. Cooking time: 12 minutes (firm); 15 minutes (soft).
