Diced Tomatoes In Puree, Filtered Water, Onions, Parmesan Cheese And Romano Cheese From Cow's Milk Blend (pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Tomato Paste, Balsamic Vinegar (wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Lactic Acid, Basil, Parsley, Cane Sugar.

Red Fork Recipe: Serves 3 or 4. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders or thin-sliced chicken breast cutlets; 1 pouch Red Fork Skillet Sauce; shredded parmesan or romano cheese, optional; chopped fresh basil or parsley, for garnish. 1. Brown Chicken: Season chicken with salt. Heat 1 tbs oil in 10 or 12-inch nonstick skillet over high. Add chicken; cook until golden brown, about 3 min. Flip and brown the other side, about 3 min more. 2. Combine & Heat: Pour sauce over chicken. Heat on low until sauce is warmed and chicken is done, about 2 min. Serve garnished with cheese and herbs. Variation: Use cubed boneless skinless chicken and stir in 1 cup cooked white beans. Or, serve over cooked pappardelle pasta or fresh spinach.
