Ingredients
Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Seasoning Blend (Onion, Garlic, Bell Pepper, Oregano, Basil, Fennel, Thyme, Chili Pepper, Marjoram, Parsley), Sea Salt, Sugar, Yeast.
Directions
Flatbread: 1 pkg Flatbread mix; 1 pkg yeast (included); 1 pkg seasoning (included); 3/4 cup warm water; 1 tbsp. olive oil. Combine yeast, olive oil, and water in a large mixing bowl. Add bread mix to the yeast mixture and mix until dough forms. Knead for 1-2 minutes with hands or with an electric dough mixer. Let dough rise for 30 minutes in a covered bowl. On a lightly floured surface, divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle. Brush olive oil on top of dough and sprinkle with seasoning. Place dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for 6-7 minutes, keeping oven door closed. For a golden top, broil for 1-2 minutes. Grilled Flatbread: Instead of placing flatbread on a pan and baking, place each flatbread on the grill and cook until both sides are golden brown. Bread Sticks: After dough has risen, divide into 8 balls. Form each dough ball into a 6 inch rope. Place on baking sheet and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.
