Conventional Oven Instructions:Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400degF. Place fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan.Bake for 24–28 minutes from frozen, 16–20 minutes from thawed.NOTE: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline.
