Suggested Use: To assess tolerance, start by using one half of a scoop mixed in 6-8 ounces of water & consume 15-20 minutes prior to physical activity/weight training. For normal suggested use, mix 1 full scoop into 10-12 ounces of water approximately 15-20 minutes prior to physical activity/weight training. Do not exceed 1 scoop/serving within 8 hours & do not consume more than 2 scoops in any 24 hour period.
Store in a cool, dry place. (60 degrees to 80 degrees F).

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
