Enriched Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Leavening (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Calcium Phosphate), Dextrose, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Salt, Canola Oil, Dry Yeast, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Calcium Sulfate, L-cysteine Hydrochloride.
Directions
You Will Need: 1/2 cup hot water (120 degrees F to 130 degrees F); 1 teaspoon Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil. 1. Place oven rack in lowest position; heat oven to 475 degrees F. Spray with no-stick cooking spray one 9 or 10-inch round cake or deep-dish pan. (We recommend using Crisco No-Stick Cooking Spray). 2. Combine pizza crust mix and hot water in medium bowl; stir about 30 strokes with fork or until well blended. Shape dough into ball. (If dough is too sticky, add 1 to 2 tablespoons flour.) Brush with oil. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. 3. Press dough in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of sprayed pan. Generously prick dough with fork. 4. Bake at 475 degrees F on lowest oven rack for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. 5. Top crust as desired. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are thoroughly heated.
