Perfect for a quick bite at work, a late at night treat or your next party, Amy's Swirls are sure to be a hit. At Amy's, we believe that everyone deserves great-tasting vegetarian food. That's why we came up with this vegan recipe for our unique bite-sized snacks. They're made with organic wheat flour, vegan mozzarella-style cheeze and our very own Margherita sauce made from scratch with ripe tomatoes. With all of the ingredients rolled up in a flaky crust, each swirl is the perfect bite. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. Directions
Microwave or regular oven. Ovens may vary. Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove overwrap and discard tray. Place swirls on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Microwave Oven: Arrange swirls on a microwave-safe plate so they do not touch. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Follow conventional oven directions.
