This is how we know that our wheat is Non-GMO and that our flour is pure with no added ingredients or enrichments We stay true to ancient bread baking techniques by working only in small batches and giving each loaf the time and space to naturally ferment up to 72 hours. Directions

Handling Instructions: To refresh and enhance crust warm in 400 degrees F oven for 5-10 minutes or until crust is crisp. If freezing wrap well in plastic or foil and thaw at room temperature. - Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
